Arnim writes: Thank you. There is much more to the piece. A "hidden' poem to thank the tree, a log book showing how the door was made piece by piece and the finish is done with a type of Danish oil to best be able to feel the true beauty of this old growth douglas fir. Yes the owners love it. It was a lot of fun to build, particularly the joints. Posted: 10:08 am on April 9th
