The prototype made with alder.  Makes a nice gift for mom!

The frame is made from walnut with ebony plugs.  The print was purchased from the Gamble House book store.  Gary Hall had the same print in the original frame so I figured, "Why not?".  The alder prototype has a mirror, as did the original John Hall frame.

MBerger writes: This is really cool Marc. Darrell Peart was featured in a video and audio slideshow a few years back that featured this frame. Awesome story behind it.
