I just finished this table. It is 36in * 7.5ft . The top is made from 2 large cherry slabs that are book-matched. Ironic that the latest issue is on working with big slabs.  This is my first project of this type and I really liked it.

I did all the dimensioning and finishing with hand tools because they were too large for my saws.  It was alot of fun to build. Finished with BLO and Beewswax mixture. Very easy finish.
