Lots and lots of handcut dovetails.
In my tiny shop after the first application of dye stain.

A combination of elements from 2 pieces that I saw in some books that I really liked: one a William and Mary highboy, and another, a Queen Anne highboy.  Built from solid Pine, Poplar, and Birch plywood, I started this before I knew how to economically buy wood from a hardwood shop so I got all of it from a home center...kind of ridiculous.

Finished with dye stain, oil stain, shellac, and wax.
