Pi Case
July 26th, 2009 in The GalleryI can't be sure of the type of wood that was used, perhaps spruce or hemlock, but it came from some reclaimed quartersawn planks from a set of dimantled school bleachers. The finish consists of a simple wipe-on poly. It was a present to my college-bound daughter and I wanted the design to be simple, practical in use, flush to the wall, stable, with pleasing lines and easy to move.
