A stitch and glue sea kayak built from okoume plywood. Plywood parts are cut with puzzle joint pattern to create the long panels instead of using scarfs. Each part is pre-stained prior to assembly to highlight the puzzle pattern. After assembly, the plywood is encapsulated in fiberglass, sanded and varnished.
