This was for a client who was in the shop and saw this piece of plywood and all of the flame on it and absolutely loved the sheet.  I had the sheet for almost a year so I was more than happy to have a client who actually wanted it.  Then he says I also want a butcher block top on it, as I reited to explain how it would all clash with the straight grains of the top and the flame on the ply he wouldn't hear it.  So I made this cabinet that can be rolled from their dining room to the grill out on their deck and serve a dual purpose for them.  I was so nervous when I turned in the project thinking to my self how terrible the contrast of the woods were, but to my surprise the customers loved it and still to this past Labor Day party raved about it.
