Once again, podcaster Neil Lamens of Furnitology.com has found his way inside the workshop of another american master. This time he's on the record with Silas Kopf in a video interview dubbed "a day in marquetry."

You'll hear insight on the craft from one of the greatest furniture designers of our time, and learn practical techniques for applying marquetry to your furniture projects. He takes a tour of the shop, goes in-depth on a few of Kopf's current projects, and demonstrates how to make a tulip decoration. Read more about Kopf's techiques.
