Free Plan: A Simple Desk Organizer
November 19th, 2008 in blogsMaking sense of your office or kitchen work area chaos is easy when you have this attractive and functional desk organizer, which also offers a fun multi-day project for all skill levels.
Vertical dividers give you a place to sort out your life -- bills, coupons, recipes, phone messages -- and provide a good lesson in cutting dadoes. The drawer construction is relatively simple and can be made even easier by butt-joining the front and back to the sides.
Note: the dimensions on the cutlist and plan are only a guide. The goal is to fit the drawer to the case, not to make cuts just because a cutlist tells you to.
