White Oak Burl  Bowls with Blk. walnut tops
This Vase is still in the works Maple with Blk walnut Eliptical .. Some thing my daughter asked for .. ( What was she thinking ) HA
White oak Burl Wish i had hundredes of these to work with ..
these bread boards are a lot of fun your imagination is the only limit .
White Oak burl in the raw ... Not all burls are workable some are decayed throughout ..

there are a lot of steps before you can turn the vase to reveal the eliptical worth every step..

the burls are incredable to work with there is decay you work around and the piece dictates where the chisel will go next ..

the bread board are lots of fun , i made 35 of them when I started glueing and arranging the wood pieces.I ended up with no two the same ..
