posted: 9:34 am on July 9thAll use of tropical timber is banned in all governmental projects in Norway (where I live) - even socalled certified timber. Seems to me you Americans are far, far behind in this issue?

Major Threat(s): Virtually all large trees of this species have been felled for the ebony wood, except perhaps in the most remote parts of its range.
