Not sure if this is possible as I'm not a wood worker YET! I'm a designer of sorts so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Something I might include would be to maybe place each tool on wheels and make it so you can "slide" the tool into place and share the same surface for all cuts, trims and what have you. Also, what about making a tool cabinet for your wall that has a hinged table top that doubles as the door of the cabinet? That way if you are not using those tools or are not needing that table you can fold in out of the way when not in use. This would give you more floor space. Build a clap rack on the roof so they are out of the way but still accessible. I agree with putting the vacuum outside if you can.
Over all I think you have created yourself a great place to work.
