I feel like a Mother Hen, flying to the protection of a chick. I have subscribed to nearly all the Taunton Press periodicals and Fine Homebuilding for something close to 25 years. I have always been impressed by their integrity, their clear effort to provide innovative and well done articles. All of Taunton's articles (caveat: there are some mistakes from time to time and many of them are differences of opinion) are in depth - unlike far too many articles that are article of information in name only - just frivolous junk to fill a magazine or web site. The fact that FH provides some great plans for free is a wonderful plus - thanks. PS Yes, screwed up links are very frustrating and one can rail about it - but please leave their intentions alone.
